AHAARISHT understands that you may need to cancel an order. Here is our cancellation policy:
Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may place a return request upon receipt.

Cancellation Refund
If you cancel within the 24-hour window, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was sent
- The product quality does not meet expectations due to manufacturing defects
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products opened or used by the customer
- Products tampered with or altered
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason
- Provide photographic evidence of damage or defect
- Receive a return authorization and shipping address
- Ship the product back in original packaging
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Inspection of returned item: 2-3 business days
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days
- Appearance in your account: 2-3 additional business days
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will arrange and cover return shipping.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, we will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund, including return shipping. Please contact us immediately with evidence.
