Refund Policy

At AHAARISHT, customer satisfaction matters to us. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for orders placed on ahaarisht.com.

Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued in the following cases:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Your order was lost in transit or not delivered within a reasonable time and cannot be re-shipped.
An order was cancelled before it was dispatched.
A duplicate or excess payment was charged for the same order.

Important Note on Consumables: As our products (tea, coffee, and hot chocolate premixes) are consumable food items, refunds are not offered simply on account of change of mind once a sealed pack has been opened, for hygiene and food-safety reasons.

How to Request a Refund

Reach Out: Email us at support@ahaarisht.com within 48 hours of delivery, or use the Contact page on our Website, with your order number and (where applicable) photos/videos of the issue.
Review Process: Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours and confirm the next steps.

Refund Process & Timelines

Approval: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders are credited directly to the original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet).
COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed via direct bank transfer or UPI; you will be securely requested to share your bank/UPI details.
Bank Reflection: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account statement.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before they are dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return as per our Return & Exchange Policy after delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

Opened, used, or partially consumed food products (unless verified defective/damaged upon arrival).
Delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address/contact details provided at checkout.
Complimentary free gifts, samples, or promotional items.
