Delivery Locations

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes via our trusted courier partners. Serviceability is confirmed automatically at checkout using your delivery pin code.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Dispatch Timeline: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Standard Delivery: Delivery takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
• Exceptions: Delivery timelines may be extended during festivals, natural disruptions, courier delays, or other events beyond our control.
• Live Updates: You will receive an order confirmation, dispatch update, and tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order ships.

Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping fee applies on orders below ₹1,399, shown at checkout before payment.
• Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may attract an additional COD handling fee, shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking link is shared so you can track your shipment in real time. You may also check your order status by logging into your account at ahaarisht.com/account.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the courier may make additional attempts or return the package to us. In such cases, please contact us at support@ahaarisht.com or +91 98765 43210 to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your package on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or is missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ahaarisht.com with your order number and photos/video of the package and product, and we will resolve it as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
